2019 Senior Tournament Entry Forms

The entry forms for the 2019 Sheffield & District Senior Tournament are now available in the tournament downloads section of the website.
Be sure to read each of ALL the four pages, there has been significant changes to this years tournament including provisional order of play, the rules of entry and forms being split into two, one form for Open Events and another form for the Closed Events.
